  • Q: Who is the manufacturer of these binoculars and telescopes?
A: All our products come directly from the factory floor of a joint Japanese-Chinese company who is one the major supplier of consumer optics.
  • Q: How soon can I receive my order?
A: We ship out within one day after receiving your order. You can usually receive a binocular order within three days and a telescope order within five days in North America. Of course you can request express shipping with extra cost.
  • Q: What kind of warrantee do you have?
A: There is a one-year factory warrantee on materials and workmanship.
  • Q: Your products are priced much lower than other brand names. People always say: if something sounds too good to be true, it's probably not true. Am I right?
A: No. In this age of internet and WEB, if something sounds too good to be true, it can actually be true. If we can bring these top quality products online directly from the factory, why do we need all the middlemen? This is the reason for the unbelievably low price, thanks to the web!
  • Q: What is your returns policy?
A: A product may be returned in new condition in its original packaging, including all accessories and instructions, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping/handling). A returned merchandise must not show evidence of damage, wear, dirt, or blemishe.
  • Q: Will I receive a confirmation of my order:
A: Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order, along with delivery information. Please make sure you put down your e-mail address when filling out the on-line order form.
  • Q: If the mechandize I ordered is out of stock, are you going to charge me right away?
A: Your credit card will only be charged when the item is being shipped out.
  • Q: Can I use the telescope for terrestrial viewing?
A: The answer is yes for the JAWA 60 mm and 80 mm refractor telescope and the 90 mm Matsutov-Cassegrain.
  • Q: I pointed my telescope at the star but I didn't see anything. What is wrong?
A: It is not easy to locate a tiny object in the vast space. The first thing you need to do when you use your JAWA telescope is alignment. Point the telescope at some very obvious object, such as the moon. Find the moon with your telescope (be patient). Then adjust the alignment of your finder scope until you see the moon also. Now you are ready to look at other stars with the help of your finder scope.
